Maltaward relies on 30+ years of civil engineering experience and expertise to provide groundworks maintenance and repairs throughout the southeast. We can undertake complete reconstruction, resurface and overlay or just patch repairs to your car parks and estate roads. Safety and Security are extremely important to us and we hold Gold Constructionline accreditation, along with Safecontractor and ISO 9001. We have worked with local authorities and managing agents, schools and residential groups to complete an enormous range of surfacing projects in the southeast. We can hand lay or machine lay the surfacing depending on the size and type of scheme.

School Playgrounds

School playgrounds offer a diverse environment for children to play and to learn. We work with our customers to create a tailor made, functional and educational space for children, constructing new playgrounds to resurfacing existing playgrounds. Recent examples of our contract include porous surfacing of playgrounds in Crawley providing a SUDS (Sustainable) solution for rainwater runoff.

Commercial and Business estates

We regularly attend to the footpaths and car parks in retail and industrial estates, providing maintenance repairs to the surfacing and paving where defects have been highlighted in safety audits. Our teams can lift and relay block paving and tactile slabs, where these have become damaged or through subsidence. Car parks which have deteriorated over time and developed potholes can be repaired by our surfacing teams with Hot rolled Asphalt or Dense Bitumen macadams. Typically we can make repairs to drainage and manhole covers, slot drainage, kerbing and paving.
