FORS GOLD ACCREDITATION
Maltaward are pleased to announce that we have successfully retained the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) Gold accreditation for a third consecutive year.
The FORS accreditation system has been designed to help improve the safety and efficiency of freight deliveries, protecting vulnerable road users and drivers alike in London and the UK.
This prestigious accreditation forms part of Maltaward Barriers ongoing strategy for continuous improvement and confirms our commitment to the highest levels of best practice in the industry.
The FORS scheme integrates with our ISO and SSIP management systems adding to our top-level CHAS Premium Plus accreditation, strengthening our existing policies and procedures.
The renewal of our accreditation, through the successful completion of an extensive audit was greatly assisted by Chris Shelford and the team at Ridgeway Training.
The Audit covered every aspect of our transport management operations including health & safety, environmental Impact, resourcing and training and vehicle maintenance.
Our modern vehicle fleet of Hiab and Articulated HGV’s are fitted with the latest range of safety features designed to improve the safety of all road users and demonstrates our commitment to improving road safety and the environment.
