TVCB Mounted Temporary Fencing
Temporary Site fencing panels are manufactured from galvanised steel creating robust fence panels that make an ideal choice for construction sites, properties and events. When used with a rubber blocks and coupler, the temporary fencing system provides a method of site protection that promotes safety and security. The simple system uses off the shelf components, nuts, bolts and clips, are readily available. A disadvantage is that they can be breached by a determined intruder and pushed aside to allow vehicle access. However, by fitting the fencing to the top of a TVCB, you gain the advantage of preventing vehicle access even if the fencing is dismantled.
Our TVCB’s weigh 2½ tonnes and can be bolted together, the temporary site fence adds another level of security preventing unauthorised intrusion.
TVCB Mounted V-Mesh Fence
Eclipse 60™ V-Mesh is a profiled rigid mesh fencing panel system, widely known as a cost effective security fence, which we have combined with our concrete barriers to create a new and secure temporary site boundary option.
We have purpose made cranked square posts which are bolted directly on to the top of the concrete barrier, the posts are pre-drilled and powder coated ready to fix the V-Mesh at 3m centres. The simple system uses off the shelf components, nuts, bolts and clips, together with the V-mesh panels making it the ready-made system that looks the part.
Each profiled mesh panel features 30mm projecting spikes above the top horizontal wire, making them extremely difficult to climb over, and ensures your fencing provides an excellent deterrent against vandals and intruders. The profiled mesh panels and components are all galvanised and polyester powder-coated in black. The wire mesh fencing panel system is fixed with strong wrap-around metal clips rather than a clamp bars, to hold the welded steel mesh panels on to the 60x60mm steel posts. The clips have 90° angled returns that prevent tampering and are fitted into threaded inserts on the posts and are fixed in place using pin torx bolts for enhanced security.
The TVCB’s and V-mesh components are delivered on our own transport, we will off load and place the blocks in position for you, you will need reasonably level and firm ground. The TVCB’s can be bolted together for additional security. We will install the V-mesh, or you can do it yourself if you have your own experienced fencing teams.
