Concrete Safety Barriers
Also known as concrete blockades or delta blocks, our temporary concrete barriers can be used to secure sites throughout the UK. Concrete security barriers prevent unauthorised access to remote or unguarded premises and land.
Maltaward offers the temporary or permanent installation of concrete safety barriers and TVCBs (Temporary Vertical Concrete Barriers). Maltaward also supplies and installs security barriers – including height barriers, tractor gates, telescopic bollards, fixed metal bollards, concrete bollards and tubular steel bollards for car parks. We can fabricate bespoke items and any type of security barrier required to protect your property, premises, or land.

Squatter and Traveller Eviction Services
If it is obvious that your property is vacant, it may become a target for squatters and travellers to set up camp within the premises. While this is not a huge problem and some bailiffs will serve eviction notices, the main problem is the mess and debris left behind. Often squatters can completely ruin the internal structure of a property and can leave several combustible materials behind, increasing the risk of an accidental fire.
If your commercial property falls victim to squatters or travellers, we have bailiffs available and can serve notice from Monday to Friday and even evict on a Saturday in extreme cases.
